Oops, scratch that. Wireless headphones ARE a game-changer. 

You won’t have to fuss with a cord, and that means you can move freely without getting tangled whether you’re sitting up, laying down, or walking about. 

Not that you’ll be moving about too much during most meditations, but personally, feeling that chord touch my arm or legs is incredibly distracting.

So when it comes to meditation, I always go for wireless headphones.

Even seasoned athletes use basic tools in their practice regiment to refine their skills. And in the end, it all comes together and they’re able to perform at a higher level than ever before.
